Rice Filled Heating/ Cooling Packs

Each pack is filled with rice and can be used as warm or cold relief.  Simply heat in the microwave for about one minute for a nice heat pack for your back, neck, or wherever you need relief.  They can also be put in the freezer to use as cool relief.  These are great for labor pains!
