Shipping

All in stock products are shipped within 48 hours.  Some items may be drop shipped directly from the supplier, and will ship within one week..  Orders outside of the US and Canada may require additional shipping.  You will receive an invoice for the extra amount prior to your package being sent.  Please double check your mailing address when ordering. I am not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.

Packaging

When possible, I re-use packaging materials in order to minimize environmental impact.  Packaging will only be used if clean and sturdy.  If you prefer that your order be in new packaging, please state so on the special instructions section at check out.

Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal, as a third party processor.  You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account in order to use it.  You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal cart.

Returns and Exchanges

Products must be returned within 14 days, and must be in new, unworn condition and not washed.  They must include all tags attached and packaging.  Shipping fees will not be refunded.  If you received free shipping as a result of a promotion, the cost of shipping will be taken out of your refund. There will be no returns or exchanges on clearance merchandise.
